I’m sure by now we’re all aware of the seriousness of COVID-19. This has definitely been a life changing event.
First, we want to express our sincere empathy for those who are suffering, our gratitude to the medical professionals, first responders and those working the grocery stores. You are all in our thoughts daily. We hope that out of this we can all learn to keep doing good in the world.
While the pandemic has continued to escalate and we our faced with a state mandate, we’ve had to close our lab in NYC. This of course means we have to limit our inventory to one sku per person.
For the safety of our team we are all working remotely. If you need to reach us, please contact us by email. We won’t have any phone service until further notice.
Due to this, all orders are delayed by 2-3 days for processing. Shipping timelines are varied and subject to change from uncertainty around COVID-19.
