In order to ensure your complete satisfaction, please read through the following terms prior to making a purchase.
returns and exchange policy
All unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Simply email email@example.com and state the reason for your return. You will be given instructions and a return authorization code. Please do not send products back without an authorization code. Doing so may result in your return being unprocessed and will jeopardize your refund.
Opened items may be returned for a store credit or an even exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Please follow the same steps above and be sure to obtain an authorization code by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Samples of our foundations are available on their corresponding pages of our website. If you have questions as to which shade is right for you or have any other color, formula, technique, ingredient or specific product questions, please write to us at email@example.com before purchasing. We are unable to accept exchanges due to your selection of an incorrect product. When in doubt, let’s first talk it out.
Prior to purchasing, please read through all ingredient listings carefully. Your allergies and sensitivities are your responsibility.
Hush + Dotti is not responsible for return shipping costs.
All returns & exchanges must be pre-approved by Hush + Dotti.
The returned item must be received before a refund or exchange will be issued.
Orders purchased on hushdotti.com may not be returned or exchanged through one of our retail partners.
Samples, Travel Sizes and any Trial Sets are non-returnable.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
We are unable to accept returns on individual products purchased as part of a discounted set.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
If your order contained a gift with purchase and you choose to make a return, the gift must be included with the return in order to receive a refund or exchange. You will otherwise be charged the full retail value of the gift with purchase.
Hush + Dotti retains the right to flag your account and refuse future orders should there be repeated abuse of this policy.
Once your return has been received, we will notify you by email. If you qualify for a refund, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Hush + Dotti reserves the right to refuse a refund on returned items that have been opened, used or partially used. You will be notified via email and issued a store credit in lieu of the refund.
All refunds and sales will be completed as separate transactions.
Refunds are typically credited back to the original form of payment.
International Orders are not refundable after they leave JFK. You order at your own risk. We are not accountable once it has left the U.S. Please review our shipping policy for more information on this matter.
cancellations and changes
You may cancel your order at any time up until it has shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until it is returned to Hush + Dotti.

We often respond to emails even after business hours.
out of stock items
Our products are handcrafted in small batches. While we update our website daily, it is possible for us to run unexpectedly low on inventory. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified immediately. We will work with you on finding an alternate product choice or issue you a credit for the amount.
lost, stolen or damaged packages
Should you suspect your package is lost, please refer to your tracking number for detailed information as to its whereabouts.
Packages are not insured and you are responsible for filing claims for lost or stolen packages with your local USPS postal service.
If you suspect that a package has been stolen from your location, please notify your local police department.
Hush + Dotti is unable to assume responsibility for packages that become lost, damaged or stolen.
Only items purchased on hushdotti.com are eligible for this policy. If you purchased your items from one of our authorized retailers, then please contact them directly regarding your return or exchange.
