Due to Covid-19 we are not accepting any returns or exchanges of any kind for any reason. There are no exceptions at this time. We appreciate you understanding.

We do not accept random mail. You risk not receiving a return all together if you choose to go rogue.
All products must be returned to us in their original unused condition within 30 days of the date your order was placed. Hush + Dotti reserves the right to decline approval of any refund for products that it believes were used. In some cases you may be asked why you are returning your products. If you fail to respond within a timely manner your refund may be denied.
Returns must be pre approved by Hush + Dotti. To request a return please email email@example.com. You will be given instructions and a return authorization code. Please do not send products back without an authorization code. Doing so may result in your return being unprocessed and will jeopardize your refund.
Opened/Used items are only eligible for a store credit of equal value and must be pre approved. Follow the same instructions for return authorization as stated above. The return item must be received before a store credit or replacement item will be shipped.
Hush + Dotti is not responsible for any return shipping costs.
Please read through all ingredient listings carefully. We are unable to accept returns due to any personal health issues or allergic reactions you may have. Your allergies and sensitivities are your responsibility.
If your order qualified for free shipping and the amount you are returning is less than the eligible free shipping amount, a shipping & handling fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. In some cases you may also incur a restocking fee of 15% for each unused item(s) value.
Orders placed on hushdotti.com may not be returned through one of our retail partners and we do not accept returns from any of our retailers. You need to contact them directly.
Samples, Travel Sizes and any Trial Sets are not returnable.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
We are unable to accept returns on individual products purchased as part of a discounted set.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
If your order contained a gift with purchase and you choose to make a return, the gift must be included with the return in order to receive a full refund. You will otherwise be charged the full retail value of the gift with purchase.
Hush + Dotti reserves the right to ban any user that abuses this return policy.
Once your return has been received, we will notify you by email. If you qualify for a refund, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Shipping fees are not refundable. It is your responsibility to ship the items back to us.
Hush + Dotti reserves the right to refuse a refund on returned items that have been opened, used or partially used. You will be notified via email and issued a store credit in lieu of a refund.
All refunds and sales will be completed as separate transactions.
Refunds are typically credited back to the original form of payment.
International Orders are eligible for a refund as long as it is within the 30 days. Domestic rules apply. You are also responsible for shipping the products back to us. We do not under any circumstances pay for return shipping on international orders. We are not responsible for orders that become lost or stolen in transit. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any international return. Please review our shipping policy for more information on this matter.
cancellations and changes
You may cancel your order at any time up until it has shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until it is returned to Hush + Dotti.

out of stock items
Our products are handcrafted in small batches. While we update our website daily, it is possible for us to run unexpectedly low on inventory. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified immediately. We will work with you on finding an alternate product choice or issue you a credit for the amount.
lost, stolen or damaged packages
Should you suspect your package is lost, please refer to your tracking number for detailed information as to its whereabouts.
Packages are not insured and you are responsible for filing claims for lost or stolen packages with your local USPS postal service.
If you suspect that a package has been stolen from your location, please notify your local police department.
Hush + Dotti is unable to assume responsibility for packages that become lost, damaged or stolen.
Only items purchased on hushdotti.com are eligible. If you purchased your items from one of our authorized retailers, then please contact them directly regarding this matter.
paypal policies for returns
