All purchases are shipped USPS. USPS offers the best rates than other carriers like UPS and FedEx. This allows us to pass that savings on to you.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process your order. Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed and shipped the following day.
Free Shipping is offered to those living in the United States only, when you spend $50 or more. This offer and its amount are subject to change at any given time and will be updated here as well as on all pages where it is used.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is processed and fully completed you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number will take a day to get into the USPS system before it shows any status. If you don’t receive a tracking number by email please call or write us an email. First Class International shipping no longer offers tracking. If you choose this option you do so at your own risk.
We pretty much ship everywhere but Mars. You can also check our drop down menu on the checkout page to see if your country is listed as we don’t always have time to update this list.
You have 3 choices for shipping. First Class International, Priority International and Priority Express International. Each having various delivery times. PLEASE NOTE: First Class International shipping no longer comes with tracking. That’s not us, that USPS. If you choose this option you do so at your own risk. We have no responsibility after it leaves New York.
- First Class International: Expect 2 Weeks ( snail’s pace) – Tracking not available.
- Priority International: Expect 6 to 10 business days ( tortoise pace) – Tracking is available.
- Priority Express International: Expect 3 to 5 business days ( hare pace) – Tracking is available.
International Buyers: If there are any additional Customs Fees, Taxes, VAT, etc. please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for those fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for any additional fees whatsoever. Please note that International orders can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to arrive once they’ve been shipped from our warehouse. This is due to all orders having to pass through Customs and the time frame in which it takes is totally out of our control.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Sorry, you will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.
What shipping method do you use?
We tried using pigeons, but it just didn’t workout. So we switched over to USPS for all orders.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
We don’t require you to sign for any order. However, if a signature is required for some reason, please contact us to let us know ahead of time or mention it in the comment section when placing your order. An additional fee of $3 will be applied.
