All purchases are shipped USPS. They offer the best rates that other carriers like UPS and FedEx just cannot match. It’s a win win for everybody.
We ship lightning fast. Faster than Amazon even. However, we can get behind at times. For that reason please allow anywhere from 24 to 48 hours for us to process your order. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed and shipped the following day.

how can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and fully completed you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number will take a day to get into the USPS system before it shows any status. If you don’t receive a tracking number by email please call or write us an email. Tracking for First Class International shipments is limited to specific countries. Which ones USPS hasn’t stated to us. If you choose this option you do so at your own risk. We cannot track a package ourselves. We see what you see.
We pretty much ship everywhere but Mars. To see exactly where we ship you can go to the checkout page and look for your country. Select the drop down menu and see if your country is listed. If it’s not listed please let us know and we’ll look into getting it added. We’re unable to ship to Canada right now due to the postal strike there. We’ll update this as soon as it’s over.
You have 2 choices for shipping Priority International and Priority Express International. Each having various delivery times. PLEASE NOTE: We no longer offer First Class International shipping.
- Priority International: Expect 6 to 10 business days ( tortoise pace) – Tracking is available.
- Priority Express International: Expect 3 to 5 business days ( hare pace) – Tracking is available.
International Buyers: Any additional Customs Fees, Taxes, VAT, etc. note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for those fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for any additional fees whatsoever.

Sorry no. You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.
what shipping method do you use?
We struggled for years using carrier pigeons, but it just didn’t workout. So we switched over to USPS for all orders.
Please know that we cannot add special instructions for the carrier. It’s vital that you make arrangements with your postal worker ahead of time.
